- 日向燗（Hinata-Kan） temperature 30°C.
It compares to常温(Jou-on) at about 20°C, a smooth taste and easy to drink.
- 人肌燗（Hitohada-Kan）temperature 35°C.

- ぬる燗（Nuru-Kan） temperature 40°C.

- 上燗（Jou-Kan） temperature 45°C.
It is hot sake, common in restaurants and Izakaya.
To taste pure rice sake’s delicious taste, it is better to drink at Jou-Kan’s temperature.
- 熱燗（Atsu-Kan） temperatures 50°C.
The alcohol’s smell is spread. The delicate taste is difficult to find at this temperature.
Common for evening drink.
- 飛び切り燗（Tobikiri-Kan）temperatures 55°C.
It is very hot, and the smell of alcohol is very strong.
By the way, how to make hot sake? Use a slim 徳利（Sake bottle for warming sake）and put a wide mouth pot to warm.
By microwave it is easy to make hot sake, but it becomes cold too fast.
To check the temperature of the sake, you can use 酒かん計（Shukankei）.
